Hello, my name is Karen Shore and I have studied and developed 'Shoreline YCC' over the last 28 years, setting up my business 8 years ago, I offer:
- Psychotherapeutic Counselling & Hypnotherapy
- Hatha Yoga Classes and Events
- Professional Wellbeing & Life Coaching
I am passionate about wellbeing and helping people to work through challenges, to realise their full potential and to live a rewarding life. I am qualified to work with children, young people and adults.
At certain times, we all benefit from accessing services or support. Taking care of and making small changes to our physical, mental and emotional well-being can make a big difference to how we think, look and feel.

Hatha Yoga - All Abilities
There really is something for everyone within Yoga, whether it's taking time to breathe, stretch & relax, or to challenging ourselves to get stronger.
I often hear people say, "I'm not flexible", or "I'm no good at Yoga", to which I respond, a little practice goes a long way to helping you to be 'good to yourself'. We use our practice time to focus on what we experience - not - how we compare to others.
Yoga is increasingly recognised and popular for its holistic benefits, through movement, breath work and the release of neurochemicals. It soothes the parasympathetic nervous system and is good for the mind, body and soul as it provides benefits such as:

Counselling & Hypnotherapy
I am a compassionate and integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor and hypnotherapist. I work with children, young people and adults.
Counselling gives you a safe space to take the time to work through any problems, issues, or worries you may be experiencing.
As a professional, impartial and experienced counsellor I can provide you with the opportunity to open up about things that may be concerning you or keeping you stuck, and you would like to talk about and work through.
I specialise in grief and loss, health, anxiety, and stress management, and can also support a wider range of issues or concerns. So, if you are feeling stuck, have fears or phobias, have experienced trauma, overwhelm or confusion, and you feel that now is the time to talk, then do get in touch.

Wellbeing Coaching
Coaching offers people the time to explore, focus and map out things that are important to them. The Coachee is the expert on them, as a Professional Wellbeing Coach I am able to offer a confidential space to support the realisation, planning and achievement of dreams.
